Understanding the problem behind the problem requires a comprehensive approach. Our Organizational Culture Assessment explores how team members view:
- The organization’s processes, adaptability, environment and lived values
- Senior leadership’s motivations, vision and quality
- Management’s behavior, ability and approach
- The appreciation and opportunities available to them
Our assessment is made up of 2 distinct discovery processes:
- Deep-dive interviews – ethnographically designed interviews where key stakeholders and identified internal influencers within the organization share their perspectives on points of friction, rituals, wants and opportunities
- Cultural systems exploration – a review of all existing processes, charts, practices, references that relate to “how we do things”
The assessment concludes with a detailed findings and recommendations report.

In a series of purposeful workshops, the CultureCraft process produces:
